"I am sure you've heard the quote that one of the most important words in all of scriptures is the simple word, "Remember."

Life has ups and downs, it doesn't always go great and so we change our coping tools when our problems change. We often forget to use what works and end up chasing other Gods. We just need to Remember.

Character is the ability to follow through on a resolution long after the emotion with which it was made has passed. -Brian Tracy

All emotion,s both good and bad, will ebb and flow. This is how we show we are learning when we are not ruled by things that change. We have to remember to always stand on the immovable truths and then we will not slip anymore. For me it is two steps forward and one step back, but I still call that progress!"

"I have come to know that thoughts, like water, will stay on course if we make a place for them to go. Otherwise, our thoughts follow the course of least resistance, always seeking the lower levels. Probably the greatest challenge and the most difficult thing you will face in mortal life is to learn to control your thoughts. In the Bible it says, as a man ‘thinketh in his heart, so is he’ (Prov. 23:7). One who can control his thoughts has conquered himself. As you learn to control your thoughts, you can overcome habits, even degrading personal habits. You can gain courage, conquer fear, and have a happy life. "
